Food Technology and Human Nutrition - Speciality: Food Technology - Master studies - Admission from 21.10.2024 till 15.01.2025.

The program is a full-time Master of Science degree, classified within the fields of Agricultural, Forestry, Veterinary, Medical, Health, and Physical Activity Sciences. It aligns with the disciplines of Agricultural Science, Food Technology, and Nutrition.

Upon graduation, the individual will possess advanced knowledge in food chemistry, technical and technological sciences, economic sciences, and human nutrition. They will be skilled in food processing, preservation, storage, and high-quality product design. Additionally, the graduate will understand the principles of proper nutrition and food-related marketing, including food law. They will be prepared to work as an engineer or manager in food processing facilities, organizations focused on food acquisition, storage, distribution, and large-scale catering services.

The graduate will also have the competence to organize production, select machinery and equipment, and perform economic calculations related to production. Proficient in computer technologies, they will be capable of managing and controlling technological processes. Furthermore, they will be equipped to pursue research or continue their studies at the doctoral level.
